Two Perspectives on the North Korea Nuclear Problem

On Friday, June 1, 2007, Dr. Siegfried S. Hecker and Dr. Xiyu Yang presented a seminar at CNS on "Two Perspectives on the North Korea Nuclear Problem". Dr. Yang is Pantech Fellow at the Freeman Spogli Institute for International Studies at Stanford and Counselor in the Department of Asian Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China. Dr. Hecker is Co-Director of CISAC, Stanford University and Former Director of Los Alamos National Laboratory.
