Nonproliferation and Its Implications for the Korean Peninsula

On August 13, 2010, Ambassador In-Kook Park, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Korea to the United Nations, gave a talk at CNS in Monterey on the status of nonproliferation issues on the Korean Peninsula. Ambassador Park also discussed his views on the recent NPT Review Conference and the implications of recent nonproliferation-related sanctions against North Korea.
