To facilitate access to Congressional materials on weapons-of-mass-destruction proliferation, the Center for Nonproliferation Studies maintains a list of relevant committee hearings. The list provides links to hearing notifications, opening statements, and witness testimony. Full hearing transcripts are not available electronically (except through subscription services such as Lexis-Nexis) unless issued by the Government Printing Office, usually four to six months after the hearing takes place. In cases where the relevant committee has not provided hearing materials in electronic form, the committee telephone number has been provided.
