W A S H I N G T O N   S T A F F

The Washington office of the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies (CNS) at the Monterey Institute of International Studies (MIIS) opened in 1996. Under the direction of Deputy Director Leonard S. Spector, the Washington office acts as a liaison between the CNS main office in Monterey, CA and the Washington policy, media, and research community. The Center's Washington office conducts its own research, training, and outreach activities in cooperation with the main office.
