Student InternshipsCNS Washington, DC InternshipsThe Washington, DC Office of the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies at the Monterey Institute of International Studies is looking for some energetic and enthusiastic individuals to participate in its paid Internship Program. Several interns are selected to work at the Center for four months each Winter/Spring, Summer, and Fall semester. IONP Nonproliferation Internships for MIIS StudentsThe CNS International Organizations and Nonproliferation Program (IONP) is pleased to announce that internships/research fellowship positions are available to gain practical exposure as full-time junior professional staff members in intergovernmental or nongovernmental organizations. A limited number of summer internships are also available. Summer Nonproliferation InternshipsThe Summer Undergraduate Internship in Nonproliferation Studies at CNS is a paid internship. Interns will be compensated at the same rate as graduate research assistants and will work with CNS staff members on substantive issues for one of CNS' Nonproliferation Programs. Paid Summer Internships in Nuclear Safeguards Policy at Lawrence LivermoreSix paid summer internships at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory in Livermore, California are available for Summer. Internships at the Vienna Center for Disarmament and Non-ProliferationUnpaid internships for graduate students in Vienna, Austria. VCDNP is looking for graduate-level student interns with scientific and policy backgrounds and interest in nuclear nonproliferation issues. |

Herbert Scoville Jr. Peace FellowshipThe Herbert Scoville Jr. Peace Fellowship pays a stipend for college graduates to work with NGOs in Washington, DC, including the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies, on arms control, peace, and security issues for six to nine months.
