Student ScholarshipsCNS ScholarshipThe Center for Nonproliferation Studies offers scholarships to Monterey Institute graduate students working towards the Certificate in Nonproliferation Studies. Applicants should intend to pursue a career in the nonproliferation of weapons of mass destruction. Scholarships are awarded on a competitive basis, with both scholarly and professional experience taken into account. Prospective students applying for the CNS scholarship should, in addition to the Monterey Institute application procedure, send a resume and a letter describing their background and interest in the nonproliferation field to:
