"Vienna+Geneva" e-Newsletter

A newsletter devoted to nonproliferation/disarmament activities of Europe-based international organizations.

In April 2010, the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies (CNS) of the Monterey Institute of International Studies (MIIS) and the European branch of the Center on Policy Studies in Russia (PIR Center)—Centre russe d'Ètudes politiques—jointly launched an informational and analytical e-newsletter "Vienna+Geneva" devoted to the activities of the Europe-based international organizations working in the field of nuclear nonproliferation and disarmament.

The newsletter published in the Russian language focuses on the activities of the International Atomic Energy Agency, the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty Organization, the Conference on Disarmament and other international organizations active in the nonproliferation field in Vienna and Geneva. The bulletin will include news reports, interviews with senior experts from these organizations, official documents, as well as analytical materials prepared by the researchers and consultants of CNS and PIR Center exclusively for the "Vienna+Geneva" newsletter. This newsletter fills a big information gap for the Russian-speaking researchers and government analysts who deal with these issues but do not have a good command of English. It is also an excellent source for students and general public interested in these issues.

The bulletin "Vienna+Geneva" will be published monthly, excluding August and January, and delivered by email to subscribers.
