Activities

The Middle East Nonproliferation team provides advice and analysis to governments, international and nongovernmental organizations and the media on Middle East security, arms control and nonproliferation issues. These efforts help promote an informed, fact-based debate on sensitive geo-political and technical issues.

The Middle East Nonproliferation staff also promotes, sponsors, and organizes meetings that bring together Middle Eastern scholars and officials to discuss arms control and proliferation issues.

The Middle East Nonproliferation staff conducts research, publishes analysis and holds events on topics related to nonproliferation in the Middle East, as well as on international nonproliferation issues and security concerns as they pertain to this region.
