Arjun Dutta is a Research Associate at the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies. A graduate of the University of Washington, Seattle and the Monterey Institute, he oversees the research and analysis for the Nuclear Threat Initiative in-depth profiles of Middle Eastern nuclear and missile programs. His current research interests include proliferation theory, nuclear weapons and missiles, strategy, and terrorism research studies, with a regional emphasis on South Asia and the Middle East. His past research experiences include stints at the United Nations Institute for Disarmament Research in Geneva and at the Institute for Peace and Conflict Studies in New Delhi.
