Kaegan McGrathResearch Associate
Kaegan McGrath is a research associate in the International Organizations and Nonproliferation Program at the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies (CNS) at the Monterey Institute of International Studies, California. His research interests include U.S. nonproliferation and foreign policy, China's defense and foreign policy, and matters related to nuclear testing and test ban initiatives. He has authored several articles examining issues related to the CTBT, including Issues Briefs for the Nuclear Threat Initiative and CNS Feature Stories. He also has an article on the debate over U.S. CTBT ratification forthcoming in The Nonproliferation Review (November 2009). Kaegan McGrath received an MA in International Policy Studies from the Monterey Institute of International Studies and a BA in Political Science from the University of Colorado, Boulder. |
